5-10-15-20 Year PlanA committee of 19 parish members were hand selected by the Chairman of Parish Council and Fr. Charles to lead the Strategic Planning Committee for St. Stephen Martyr's 5/10/15 Year Development Plan. This committee will develop a proposal that will be reviewed by Parish Council and Finance Council before presented to Fr. Charles for approval. This will then be sent to the diocese for approval before any further development is done. The expected timeline for this proposal is for a submission by the start of the 2026 fiscal year.
After the first meeting, the committee is working on four projects: review of a previous SWOT Analysis, development of an engagement plan, local data research and sister parish expansions, and a parish communication plan. The committee is expected to meet again at the beginning of February and will provide further summaries after each meeting. -
