The Year of Jubilee dates back to the book of Leviticus and is often associated with pilgrimage. Jubilee is a year of atonement and mercy. It occurs every 25 years. Pope Francis proclaimed this year the Jubilee of Hope. This massive global celebration centers around themes of hope, faith, and renewal.

As a parish we offer special Jubilee events and will be music, art, and family focused, throughout the year to unite all Catholics around the world with the same purpose. A vision for a just and compassionate society aligned with God’s will. May our events here at St. Stephen, Martyr invite you in so to nourish your soul, build community and extend Christ’s love and sacrifice to others. May those we serve see Christ’s love and sacrifice in us because when we show concern and love, health and happiness become possible. This is HOPE!
