Unless special circumstances prevent it, all baptized Roman Catholics may be afforded the rites of the Church. Please note that the pastor and/or the funeral coordinator are to be notified PRIOR to any funeral arrangements being made. A funeral Mass by full body remains or cremains is celebrated at 10:00 or 11:00 AM and occasionally at 1:00 or 2:00 PM, depending on the family’s needs.  The date and time will be determined once you meet with the funeral coordinator.

Cremains must be interred, as the Catholic Church requires. They must be interred in the ground or in a columbarium niche. It is neither permitted nor respectful to our faith to scatter cremains or to retain them in the netherworld of personal possession.   Internment is expected to take place within a reasonable time after cremation. Failure to do so may result in the inability of the parish to offer Catholic rites.
