CASTWe assist Chesapeake Area Shelter Team and serve our homeless community one week each winter. If you need immediate assistance, contact Chesapeake Care Resource Center on the button below. -
Help our NeighborsCAST is a group of churches that provide overnight services for homeless men, women, and children from the Chesapeake community during the winter season. Through CAST, we get to be the true hands and feet of Jesus by welcoming our less fortunate brothers and sister into our spiritual home providing them a warm meal, dry safe place to rest, and friendship. Your help is appreciated, whether behind-the-scenes or boots-on-the-ground. All volunteers 18+ must be Virtus-trained. Register as a first-time participant or update your current status.

Food Teams
Donate food or gas/gift cards. All food items are to be delivered cooked and warm to St. Stephen, Martyr. In addition to food donations, you may signup to help prepare the meals for distribution. Please arrive at the kitchen by 5:45 PM for dinner. For breakfast, please arrive at 5:15 AM. Many thanks for your generosity!

Youth Night Team
There are two Youth Nights for Social Activities.
- 1/18/25: High Schoolers
- 1/19/25: Difference Makers
- All other nights: Youth are welcome to volunteer with their parents or guardians. High schoolers do not need a parent or guardian.
