Our MissionThe Facilities and Grounds Planning Committee analyzes and presents options so informed decisions can be made. We draft and maintain a road map to provide for St. Stephen, Martyr infrastructure requirements for the next 20 years in five-year increments.

- develop strategies
- formulate and/or our execute plans
- conduct assessments and other tasks to meet those needs in accordance with the Pastor’s vision
- develop Business Plans
- examine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- develop short and long-term objectives
- gather and generate requirements
