Feed the HomelessAgape Feast is looking for volunteers to help prepare a hot lunch for the homeless. We are currently providing a hot lunch for 50 guests at the Chesapeake Cares Resource Center and operate with three dedicated teams who rotate meal prep duties. Lunch can be prepared at home and can either be dropped off at church, Resource Center, or another arrangement. Cooks can pick up the ingredients at Agape Feast (Prince of Peace) or shop on their own. SSM will be providing the lunches on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. - Hot Lunch Ideas to serve 50: Order pizza delivery, hotdogs and chips, chili and corn bread...
- Flexible Delivery: Drop off at St. Stephen, Martyr, the Resource Center, or coordinate an alternative arrangement with Patti at the number below.
- Ingredient Options: Pick up provided ingredients from Agape Feast (Prince of Peace) or shop on your own.
- Volunteer Dates: St. Stephen, Martyr is responsible for lunches on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Fridays of each month.
